  I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. CARTER'S MEDICAL PRACTICE AND HER SUPPORT STAFF!!!! IM 40 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MEDICAL CARE, OFFICE/STAFF THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! .....Dr. Carter, her nurse Charlotte, and Leslie, the office manager, are absolutely wonderful!!!! From my very first phone call inquiring information, Leslie was very warm, pleasant, and patient answering my many questions, and I knew she really cared because she and Dr. Carter went out of their way and offered me an immediate appointment if I left right away. They stayed open later than regular office hours just for me, and I live over a half hour away. I was welcomed with smiles, warm greetings and was not rushed through my appointment. DR. Carter really listened to me and asked the appropriate follow-up questions. I saw 3 doctors a month before her, and they did nothing or provided the wrong treatment or just threw meds at me. But DR. CARTER REALLY HELPED ME! I was suffering for months and was ready to just give up. She LITERALLY saved my life. I have now been seeing this Dr./office since September and at every appointment I still experience the same caring, kindness, warm welcomings, smiles, and patience during every appointment. Also, Leslie takes care of any paperwork needed for/from my insurance immediately and she confirms/contacts me after every request or voicemail. And as a possible explanation to those who left any negative or less than positive comments---It has been my experience.... ( I am a nurse myself, and have no personal or professional affiliation with Dr. Carter, her medical practice or any staff members, so I am NOT biased in any way)....that some individuals are seeking certain medications and are disgruntled if they don't receive their anticipated prescription(s). And as for the office environment complaint.....I, and every other patient I have encountered LOVE it! It really eases any anxiety, and feels more like visiting a friends home, and less like the usual cold, institutional medical office waiting room. I absolutely ADORE the ENTIRE staff, including the four-legged, furry canines!

  My name is Angela & yes this is a doctors office is a home but I will tell you this I will not go to any other doctor for anything Dr Carter knew something was wrong when south bay hospital told me I was fine so she had me go to St Joe's. Hospital & they said she was right basically she saved me from dying ! I love her & the staff is always so good to me !
